What I Need From You

IMAGES
Professional photography of your business, products, etc. Any images you want on your site – I need ’em!

STYLE GUIDE
Any information pertaining to your brand and desired site look and feel when it comes to your corporate colors, fonts, and the like. You can snag this from your graphic designer if you’re working with one.

CONTENT
Your About, Contact, Home pages and others need some text, so I will be requesting those shortly.

HOSTING CREDENTIALS
Host information including the company you use, your username, and password.

LOGO
Your business identity is how you’ll be remembered. Let’s not forget it!

WORDPRESS CREDENTIALS
If you have a WordPress website already, I’ll need your username and password for that, too.

This is where all our project management will happen so that we don’t have to chat via email for everything. Here, you can upload any file that I’ll need, we can maintain different thread conversations, share a calendar that syncs with Goodl, review mockups and so much more.

How We’ll Make It Happen



DISCOVER / Phase 1

We’ll meet, discussing the needs and solutions of your website. After the brainstorming, details will be finalized and you will provide me with the necessary credentials to fill your website.



DESIGN / Phase 2

All our ideas will start to take shape with the designing of the style and functionality of your website, geared toward your target audience, making sure users are clearly directed to your website’s end goal.



DEVELOP / Phase 3

The underlying technical foundation to make your site run smoothly will be integrated and tested for optimal performance that is easily handled on varying devices (“responsive design”).

Wrapping Up / Deployment

After routine tests, you will receive training for your new website. During this time, I will also hand over any pertinent files, passwords, etc. PLEASE STORE THIS INFORMATION IN A SAFE AND BACKED UP LOCATION as I do not keep client info unless they are subscribed to a website care plan where I’m routinely working with their site. Once all this housework is taken care of, we’ll launch your website and celebrate! For free, I’ll also maintain your website for 30 days so that any necessary adjustments can be made promptly.
